Introduction of the association
Greetings from the Chairman
The foundation of the Western umbrella industry began in the early Meiji era, and has a history spanning over a century.
There are many long-established stores that have been passed down through three generations, and they aim to produce highly sensitive and high-quality "umbrellas" made in Tokyo, and they continue to study hard to meet the needs of consumers with specialized knowledge and a wide variety of products. I am.
Based on this background, our association was established in 1949 (Showa 24) and has already been in existence for over half a century.
We hope that we can continue to be a trusted association as a source of fresh umbrella information from Tokyo.
Chairman: Tsukasa Sudo (Representative of White Rose Co., Ltd.)
